Pricing

Pricing that aligns with your results.

Most marketing vendors get paid the same whether your community sells out or sells nothing. We don't.

Our pricing is built around a partnership — lower upfront commitment, ongoing access to the system, and a performance share when homes sell firm. So we're invested in the same outcome you are.

How Pricing Works

Three components. One partnership.

Pricing is structured around three components — designed to reduce your upfront risk and tie our compensation to the results we help you achieve.

Component 1

One-time setup.

Per community.

A one-time fee per community to configure the system — landing pages, interactive site plan and floor plans, CRM integration, marketing and sales workflows, touchscreen experience, and analytics.

Paid before work begins. Covers everything needed to launch ready-to-convert.

Component 2

Ongoing subscription.

Monthly. Scales with your portfolio.

Ongoing access to the HomeGyde platform — hosting, software updates, AI tools, analytics, and the bi-weekly optimization meetings with the team that built your system.

Plans scale with how many communities you're running, with per-community savings at higher volume.

Component 3

Performance share.

When homes sell firm.

A performance fee earned only when homes go firm — so we're invested in your conversion results, not just our deliverables.

Lower your fixed cost. Share the upside. Same incentive structure as the people selling the homes.

Lower upfront commitment. Shared upside when it works. No betting the budget on us alone.

This structure exists because we believe in the system — and because we'd rather earn the bigger share when we deliver than the same share regardless.

What Affects Price

Tailored to your scope.

Pricing scales with the work involved. Four variables make the biggest difference.

1

Number of communities.

Each community has its own setup and ongoing subscription. Volume discounts apply as the portfolio grows — community #5 costs less per community than community #1.

2

Modules selected.

Presales, Design Selections, and Leasing are separately configurable. You can start with one, add another later, or run all three from launch.

3

Marketing collateral scope.

Renderings, videos, virtual model homes, and kitchen visualizers are quoted separately based on what you need. You can also bring your own assets — the system works with both.

4

Interactive experiences.

Interactive site plans, 360° building spins, package visualizers, and similar experiences are priced per feature. Add what you need — skip what you don't.

Why This Model

Most vendors get paid regardless of your results.

That's true across most of the home-building marketing industry. Software vendors, agencies, rendering studios — fixed fees, paid whether your community sold out or sat empty. We thought there was a better way.

For you.

  • Lower fixed cost than a pure fixed-fee model
  • Less budget risk if a market or community underperforms
  • A vendor whose incentives genuinely match yours
  • Ongoing optimization that doesn't taper after launch

For us.

  • Real motivation to keep refining the system over time
  • Confidence the model works — we wouldn't price this way otherwise
  • Long-term relationships built on outcomes, not contracts
  • Customers who believe in their own communities — and ours

Same team. Same system. Skin in the game.

Common Questions

What people usually ask.

1.

Is there a minimum to get started?

One community is the minimum. From there, you can add more communities or additional modules — Presales, Design Selections, Leasing — as your portfolio grows.

2.

How is "performance" defined?

The performance fee is tied to homes selling firm — when a purchase agreement is signed and conditions clear. Not clicks. Not leads. Not appointments. The actual business outcome you're trying to reach.

3.

What if I want to add a community after launch?

That's where the model starts to compound. Adding a community to an existing portfolio is faster and lower-cost than the first — the infrastructure is already in place, your team is already trained, and assets and insights from prior communities carry forward.

4.

Are renderings and videos included in the price?

Marketing collateral — renderings, videos, virtual model homes, kitchen visualizers — is quoted separately based on what you need. You can also bring your own. The HomeGyde system works with both.

5.

Can I use my own CRM?

Yes. HomeGyde integrates deeply with your existing CRM — that's what makes the full-funnel tracking and analytics possible. We've worked with HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, and others. If you don't have one, we can help you choose and set it up.

6.

What if my project gets delayed or changes scope?

Project timelines shift — we build that into how we work. The same system can be retuned mid-project if your goals change: pre-sell more units, hold off and build, sell down inventory. That flexibility is part of what you're paying for.

7.

How do I get a tailored quote?

Book a demo. We'll walk through your community, your goals, and the scope of work — and put together a tailored quote that reflects all three components. No pressure, no obligation, and no surprises.
